Does Rhizoverb work offline?
Core vocabulary text, review scheduling, progress, and saved entries work offline. Illustrated card artwork downloads when first needed and is cached on the device; cached artwork remains available offline, while uncached artwork needs a connection and falls back to the complete text card. Some name lookups also need a connection. Downloading, installing, and updating through TestFlight or Google Play requires the relevant store connection. Camera requires a supported device and camera permission.
Where is my progress stored?
Learning-library entries, review history and scheduling, and saved reading contexts stay in local app storage. Rhizoverb has no account, app-operated cloud sync, or Tiger Board Games server backup, so it does not offer its own device-to-device transfer. Apple, Google, or the operating system may include local data in a platform-managed backup or restore under your platform settings.
How do I erase my progress?
On Android, clear Rhizoverb's data in system app-storage settings or uninstall the app. On iOS, delete the app to remove its local container, then reinstall if desired. In a web browser, clear site storage for the Rhizoverb origin. Tiger Board Games has no server copy to recover. Manage platform device backups separately in operating-system settings.
I did not receive a beta invitation
TestFlight invitations are sent only to email addresses in the private external group. Google Play invitations use the approved private tester list or Google Group. Confirm that the invitation address matches your store account and check spam filtering. Rhizoverb does not use a public TestFlight link.
How should I report a problem?
Include:
- the platform: iOS, Android, or web;
- the app version and build number;
- the device and operating-system version;
- steps that reproduce the issue; and
- a screenshot only if it contains no information you do not want to share.
Do not send passwords, API keys, signing files, or other secret material.
